nope. hmm heres some very obvious ones of one of the few characters i liked along with the lame main character. Last couple are from the episode right before it went way downhill

lol, ding ding =P it started decent enough but the main character was such an annoying prick. he was basically a fucking stalker. I felt so bad for Sakurai. Actually, i found the supporting cast far more interesting than a-hole douchebage Yamato and total cunt Suzuka.

You know somethings wrong when the pervert character is the most sensible guy in the series o_O

i actually bought the damn series for 17 bucks after watching the first few epps then finished watching it while waiting on the DVDs to come.. wish id watched a few more before buying it, lol

I wound up glancing at a comparison between the manga and the anime and the manga seems to end very differently.. a certain chracter gets knocked up or something o_O maybe i'll look at that and see if its better

hmm.. hard to tell.. same era.. with those skinny legs, id say initial D but you said its sci fi and short, and initial d is neither of those

hell, wild guess... Key: the metal idol? I seem to remember teh characters were kinda lanky looking like that

2nd guess would be maybe My dear marie? that was quite short as well

The manga is like 300+ chapters. It took me 1 full day (as in 18 hrs) and a bit of the next day ( i did this during summer break). The manga is just a tug of war of love which really ticks you off. I do agree that the supporting cast was better, the author of the manga created a spin-off u may say called "kimi no iru machi" which is a lot better. You don't have to deal with the douschebag and wat not annoying characters. Anyways, can't think of any anime be4 2k since I'm too young o.o.

ah, i rember that show having lanky characters like you showed and vaguely remembered tennis in it heh. Man i havent seen that in AGES. i should re-dload it. I remember it being decent.

yeesh. Well i got it for 17 bucks. I'll rewatch it on DVD and see if it was really as annoying as i thought, but... ya i really hated the main guy and girl, they were so annoying. Especially the guy. Christ i already forgot their names o_O Is the spin off about the suporting characters? i may check that out if its the case. I may also just look at the last few chapters of the manga to check out the whole knocked up thing.. cant belive they did that
