Lol yeah - I was checking in vein every day for any replies but I really thought the thread was near death and was waiting on Kenshin-dono. I posted the first 2 pics all the way on 19th March

Just double post a new hint each day, like OVA, prior to 2005, after 1990, more than 10 episodes and things like that. ^^ People dig them up from databases then even if they can't identify it from the image.

- On second thought it can't be Lain since its HD res therefore I'll throw in another random wrong guess- Koi Kaze?

Being an anime fan for any significant period of time and not having seen Genshiken(or better yet, read the manga) should be punishable by law.

You know, I read the manga (Genshiken) but never saw the anime. Is there anything covered in the anime not covered by the manga? Could have sworn I heard that the anime was pretty faithful to the manga, so not sure it would be worth the time.

(And if it helps you decide to watch the anime, manganime02, the manga was fantastic.)

Nah, manga actually covers a fair bit more.
But Genshiken is one of the manga that I'd recommend watching anime anyway, it's really nicely done, and the cast is absolutely great. Some parts are given more focus, and thus have a bigger impact. Plus, first season was the first anime I saw where I never skipped OP or ED even once.
