I can assure you its neither Metropolis or any BGC - this looks great thou- I probably have it downloaded somewhere - could it possibly be either Urban Square or a more far off guess- Crystal Triangle? I bet Macros knows it

nope; it's not ad police files nor armored trooper votoms. but it is from roughly the same era.
