There was an OVA released recently, first part of the 3 part OVA prequel to the movie. There's a pretty good translation by Taco floating around the usual places.
The movie premiered in may, and it was released on DVD/Blu-ray few days ago - but no translation yet. I'm looking forward to it and the rest of the OVAs.

Now, back on topic - hmm, dunno, and I probably shouldn't guess right away anyway. But I'll just throw this out: Fullmetal Alchemist?
