No. While the presentation might aspire to be something more at times, having to work with utterly uninspired(if entertaining) source material means that this anime is pretty far from any kind of artistic or experimental(or maybe pretentious?) show like Trapeze.

To be honest, I don't think the mods would allow another 'guess this anime' thread yet, unless this one takes a sharp right turn. So go extreme. Let us pokemon and naruto fans have our own thread, and your rainman anime fans have your own. Or don't. It's up to you.

   * If the poster of the picture does not reply to guesses (or requests for hints) within 48 hours, someone else can post a new picture to keep the game going.

Frankly, that's the part that concerns me now.
Especially when I seem to recall having significantly less than 48 hours to respond to a newpic request. And for those who've seen the show, THAT bench and THAT field are central to the anime. Thus they would be easily recalled since they are important to the show being guessed.
And why is "If you don't post a new picture, you are not allowed to guess.." etc etc even bolded?

I just nominated Burkingam. I didn't intend to try to guess HIS.
