I always took that to mean if you passed the turn it was anyone's game, not that you get to pick, but I'll wait for others to weigh in on it.
Newy passes all the time and never nominates...it goes to whoever jumps on the turn so...

I'd say Ambrae's got the right of it though and I'm in favor of moving the game along. There's been enough stalling. Just let it go already...

Wow, you really just can't let it go, can you? It just has to be your way or no way...you couldn't possibly be wrong?  I will second Soryon's observation - you do take personal affront of every criticism you've had in this game...starting back the first time Kenshin-dono told you to be less random in your screen shots and right up though now. The mature thing to do here would have to have just let Ambrae go without more griping. It is just a fricken game. It's a bit irritating to those of us just trying to enjoy the game, if you can't tell, and it has gotten to the point where I don't really care if you get pissed, cause like Soryon I don't give a damn. I just want to play, not fight over it.

However, this is incorrect, as the screenshots weren't from the ONA, but from the OVA/special Saishuu Shiken Kujira Progressive.
