Nothing major, I just saw that several years ago and remembered the characters.
I wanted to be sure though because I only downloaded HNG, I didn't see all of it, and I know there's a girl with similar haircolor/bangstyle in it.. Katsu or something.
Saying that there was a character named Hayate in it just confirmed my initial guess.

I'll post something in a bit, it's school picture day and I got up waaaaay too early for good thought processes.
