[Game] Guess the anime

(by the way, fill me in on the rules as you guys answer, i've checked the 1st post but i found it rather confusing.)

Rules (as I know them):
1. When someone guesses right they have 24 hours to post a new pic, if they don't the turn is free to take by anybody.
2. At least 1 pic per day. Though more is always better.
3. No pictures that can be related with 100000 anime. So they must be unique pictures to the anime.
4. No altering of the image. I've been guilty of doing this lol. I removed the text because else it would be too easy.
5. My own rule. If somebody passes a turn it's kinda unfair if the one who had the turn before the "passer" to take it again.

6. My own rule. Try to avoid posting a guess unless you're going to post a new picture; or if absolutely nobody has any idea about what it is, then guess and then please nominate someone else to continue the game where appropriate.

but the characters wear maroon school uniforms, and theres some girls who use special weapons to fight monsters or something.
i think the guy has a special weapon too, is it a sword?

and it has to do with people getting stuck in time in a certain place. why cant i remember the name....damn....

only certain people can move when time is stuck too.

Normally i only guess if i know it, aaaaaaaaaaaanyway, like normal none from me, i like doin this for the fun of it, so someone can take it when they want.
