Dunno about you guys, but this is what I see on all my Nyaa torrents:

My torrents are now showing no connection to the actual tracker but I did successfully DL around 30 episodes off of Nyaa earlier today. Does the nonconnectivity have something to do with the fact that Nyaa is running everything through magnets currently? (I am not well versed in this sort of thing but from what I understand magnets circumvent the tracker and make it strictly p2p? Probably wrong but why I'm asking.)

Nyaa torrents are not private, meaning even tho the tracker is down, it is still possible to get other peers over DHT, Peer Exchange etc. as well as other trackers that may be included in the torrent.
Magnets are just information for your client to get what it requires from other peers (filelist, trackerlist). So that's why it doesn't matter whether or not the tracker is down, yet you're still able to download the torrent.

If you can freely DL something else, they might have changed tracker address as well, or port.
You could check if it's different in other torrents you are downloading and see if yours is proper.

But unless you can hop on the website you probably won't be able to update.

I didn't go to their site for a longer while now so I don't know if it's up or not, but doesn't really bother me.
