< That and we get so much business that it isn't really a big deal to piss a few people off. You would be surprised at how many people can't pump gas properly. I had a douche bag come in yesterday who bought a bag of chewing tobacco because he thought he could roll his own cigarettes with it. Instead of just getting a refund he wanted to buy two packs of cigarettes and just give me the difference. All this during our lunch rush. And he was a total dick about it. It wasn't my fault he was a fucking idiot who can't read.
