V Anyway, I just found out my driving test and my work collides, I need to tell work that I cant work next saturday but I dont know how to do it - should I wait till the saturday and call in sick or should I tell them the truth tommorow and have an awkward 30 minute conversation with my boss about how shit im making her life by doing this?

depends on your boss..is she the type who doesn't care about what goes on in your life and doesn't understand shit happens and you can't make it in or is she a person who understands that things come up and you can't work because of it...

you can tell her that when you get your license you can drive yourself to work and don't need a ride...
