you can't live in New England in the winter without one

Going into a all ready warm car is the best

the ones that are nice and don't complain when I tell them what needs to be done

I have a few co-workers that hate to be told what to do..they don't understand that Im the supervisor and thats my job..to make sure things get done before my shift ends

Do you hate kids what don't do their jobs?

^ Probably.  Even I have taken significant losses from those.
< I am in an incredibly bad mood right now.  Trying not to cry even though I got maybe 4 hours of sleep last night, and it's already 11.  I still have 2 chapters of chemistry to read so I can fail the mini-test a little less, and have to do 2 units of algebra.  I just got back from lab a little while ago. >.>;
