^No, but I sent my entire hand / arm through a glass door when I was 5 (lol at not having shatterproof glass installed yet)

^ Jumped off a bridge into 3ft of water, and I mean a real bridge, not one of those little things over a stream... I cracked my chest plate and couldnt breath right for about 3 - 4 months..

^ never. I have lots of free time at work so my mind usually in another universe for 6 out of 12 hours.

<I work in an open pit mine up in the Tarsands of northern Alberta. (google 'tailings ponds' ... disgusting)
