Sup Nah. Well, no one wants to rape a cross-breed that's 1 half Mongolian and 1 half Russian! =D In terms of working out, I box at my local gym...a lot. My routine consists of just calisthenics--push ups (500 a day), pull-ups (300 a day), and lots of jump-roping and running. Oh, and ab workouts...you know sit-ups and stuff. On the weekends, I just chill and let my body rest. That pretty much sums it up.
