Yet another member of Box falls prey to the "I gotta post my pic" syndrome! =D Anyway, I think it's about time I show my face around here and get to know the folks of Box a bit better since I've been here over 3 years...I think. Here goes and don't make fun of the wallpaper, agreed?

It's called STARVATION! lol Joking. Nah, I box alot, and boxing is a very demanding sport, training-wise that is. Other than that, to get abs just stick to a good diet (no junk food and no heavy snacks in-between), work moderately with weights, and plenty of cardiovascular exercise (running/jump ropes).

If working out at the boxing gym isn't your cup of tea, you can always purchase a set of man-abs over at Ebay! =D

Sup Nah. Well, no one wants to rape a cross-breed that's 1 half Mongolian and 1 half Russian! =D In terms of working out, I box at my local gym...a lot. My routine consists of just calisthenics--push ups (500 a day), pull-ups (300 a day), and lots of jump-roping and running. Oh, and ab workouts...you know sit-ups and stuff. On the weekends, I just chill and let my body rest. That pretty much sums it up.
