I have to do a lot of calling at work and am told I have a "good phone voice", though I don't particularly understand what that entails.

^ does not want to hear my voice, it's pretty high pitch but its especially bad on a microphone/phone. People cannot tell if im a male or female on the phone. IT'S ANNOYING! but i make do, it has gotten me free food at mcdonalds/burger king a few times when i did drivethrew.
