It great! Except the fact that penguins live in Antarctica.  ;D

Anyway, it's about time a new Bloodthirsty Viking joined the forum, so welcome.

PS, are you a Lapp by any chance?

As far as I know dyslexia is more of the letter blindness, not stupidity, still to avoid bashing from grammar nazis using Firefox and it's spell check should help you out a lot.

Well, I assumed you were from the north in Norway, the way you expressed yourself (still majority of lapps live in Oslo  ;))

hi, i'm amitter from sweden. i'll be 25 by the end of the year. no significant other. short sentences are nice.

anyways, i usually have a much weirder handle so be happy to know me as amitter. seems i have been around for 7 months now on boxtorrents but it's only recently i started using the forums (after getting interested in the rotating banners and then the t-shirt contest). i aspire to be a freelance illustrator, though for now i'll settle on being a self-proclaimed one. oh, i'm very much an 'idea' man... you'll usually see me with a notepad and leadholder jotting down these ideas. apart from anime and the occasional manga i do enjoy playing on my PS2, and other things average people enjoy... like hanging out and music and whathaveyou.

other than my art-infested me i'm a little eccentric (when i'm full of thought) but friendly and easy to get along with kind of person. nice ta meetcha people-of-boxtorrents :)
i watch anime because my art-infested mind tells me to.

Hello all!

I've been around for a couple of years and just recently developed an interest in the forum.

I'm not much of a gamer and as far as anime are concerned, I like all sorts, except sci-fi, mecha or slapstick.
Some of my favorite shows include Nana, Death Note, Basilisk, Honey and Clover, Itazura na Kiss, xxxHolic, etc.

In real life I earn my living as an interpreter and translator. I live in Germany but am actually Greek.

Btw...if you see a user called thyella on any other forum it's probably me, so stop by and say hello :)

Nice to meet you all

heh, I actually haven't watched Plantes myself yet (animenfo is epic fail, it's not Planet ES, it's one word: Planetes, it means "wanderers")

I'd recommend Stellvia of the Universe for some light hearted and fun sci-fi and Crest of the Stars et al. for more space opera. Starship Operators and Infinite Ryvius are some other good ones.

And of course I can't forget Scrapped Princess which is a a fantasy cum post-apocalyptic sci-fi and one of my favorite animes of all time (Zephiris <3)

;D I noticed that when I found the torrent here on box.
"wanderers" is the meaning in ancient greek. In modern greek it simply means "planets", but they wander too, so there you go (and I'll stop being a wise-ass now).

and the word planet came from the ancient Greek word planetes. so... yeah...
