Thank you all for your kind welcomes

2 newcomers within 20 minutes of each other!!!

Welcome totmacher and animacy! Stick around. It's quite fun here. We like to goof around and make inappropriate comments for the lolz, but we don't byte... most of the time.

Don't worry Burkingam ! I byte too ... sometimes  :D

Easiest way to get someone involved in the banter imo

I was the only one to welcome him in a fishy way.

I was gonna do a creepy welcome to the new peeps, but it seems frowny has done more than that.

Welcome anyway!

I can't seem to edit my avatar, can anyone tell me how/why?

Also I was a lurker because my old ISP didn't allow for any upload above 10kb/s so there was no feasible way for me to keep a healthy seed ratio. I now own a seedbox to do so. Thank you for the welcomes.

Hello there Bakas and Bakates (I'm assuming the tes suffix is understood by most at the feminine alternative of Bakas)...

Not sure that anyone is interested in knowing me, but I'll introduce myself nonetheless...First of all, it's been at least 10 years since I have last been a member of any type of forums. I used to spend a lot of time on Anime forums back at the end of the 90s and the beginning of 21st century, until I got married and had kids...I suppose that makes me older than the average Bakas out there.

I believe I'm currently behind on my seeding; not to worry though, as I'm trying to consistently upload, even if my it's slow.

To make things short, what would YOU suggest I do first in these forums?

The correct unisex term is "Bakabaters".  Also, hi.   ;)
It took an hour to write; I figured it'd take an hour to read.

Welcome silencex :). Well it's too late to suggest the first thing to do in these forums since you have already spend it here (quite adequately) but definitely, the best second thing to do would be to go on this thread and expose all of your most juicy secrets. :P

I don't want to commit to anything, but, seeing as how I'm living on my own now, and how visits from my friends and mom will cease as of the end of this week, all this free time and (frankly) loneliness may result in more activeness on my part. :D

So, as we say here in Japan...
