Madara is the obvious final boss character. I'm not sure what Sasuke is supposed to be now. He was the raison d'etre before they brought out Madara and you could see the end of the story as a whole in the not-so-distant future.

Sasuke's role is being an emo, even Sakura finally hates him, i sure hope they don't kill her cuz I like her, just what the hell of a blunder is she making now ? the hell kind of plan she hatched ?

What you mention is pretty much shounen in a nutshell (Danish expression). Whose attacks wouldn't success if they would only keep their mouth shut instead of blapping out their special attack's name.
