Kakashi gets the best fights in anime, even small and short ones, they are the best :)

I think part of that is they're fairly straight out fights, less emotional baggage than the usual. He also isn't stuck doing a few set techniques with little variation all the time.

And he doesn't yell the skill name, at least not very often, I don't really remember him yelling anything like that.

But this fight with Sasuke had more of running around on walls rather than fight....
Parts of it I admired greatly, parts I laughed at till my sides were almost sore;
other parts I read with absolute sorrow,  because I think them utterly false and grievously mischievous...

Yeah, at least he was able to take down a heart (or 2?) of the fag who fought against the first Hokage...

Huh, have we seen Itachi in that scene crying before? In all the earlier flashbacks he's been one cold son of a bitch, and now we're being shown that he cried after he had spared Sasuke. Gorgeruous animation in that "space" where Sasuke and Naruto talked, then we got back out, and it's mediocre. Meh...

We saw that once before too. When Madara just told Sasuke the truth and they were sitting alone somewhere, Sasuke remembered Itachi crying and said "I thought I was just dreaming but now I see it was real" or something like that. Must be soon after episode 141. BTW, didn't watch 216.

But even Sasuke realized Naruto is gay now; "Why are you so fixated on me?"

looks like it's going to be filler from 219 onwards.

Are you sure? It looks silly, but there's also stuff about Kakashi and the Hokage job, and Shizune crying which are both in the manga.

not 100% sure...but based on the previews it might be like the previous season where they did maybe 2 minutes canon and the rest filler.

Well, episode 223 is called "The Young Man and the Ocean". Sounds canon? Not to me. Or maybe I just forgot stuff since I read those way back in time.

Edit: No one else noticed the movie preview at the end of Taka's episode 217? Hope this movie is an improvement over the 4th one. I didn't watch the 4th yet, but the comments were disappointing... I wonder how you could be framed THAT badly...

That one is probably filler, but we're talking about 219.

I stopped waiting for Taka's releases a long time ago. Just don't have the patience to wait a week for my Naruto fix. As for the fourth (and eight overall) movie, it's looking better than the fourth one, let's hope it is. Animation seems to be back at a good level.

Same here. I just re watch the episode once Taka's one comes out.

yeh i also believe naruto is gay.sasuke and itachi s fighting styles are really awesome in comparision to naruto's.

i mean naruto has never single handly defeat any major opponent. In his fight with  kakuzu ,kakuzu  was already worn out .Even in his fight with pain ,pain was already weaken while fighting the entire village and naruto had knowledge all his abilities had he really face him alone he would not have won.

i think if naruto do not have kyubi ,he would be average ninja or atleas he would not be still alive.i do not understand why the creator does not make him more mature as in the following animes like Fate/stay night ,FMAb etc.

The best fight I think was Itachi vs Saskue and Hinata vs Pein (hardly a fight, but emotional). The story for Iatchi is also very emotional. I couldn't really say any Naruto fights are fun without the emotion or some form of background to the fight, but lately in the manga they have been really lame (until Zabuza came back) but then this was aimed for kids.

I doubt this is aimed at kids...
