Nonetheless, Shippuuden is way boring these days... With all that talking, discussing, planning and s#!+... ::) The only thing that made me wake up from these is the:

One Piece might be more aimed at kids though. Naruto Shippuuden definitely shows more mature content. Characters dying, hardly no censor, and generally a darker world whereas One Piece is more "yay, adventures!"

Bleach..I don't know, might be all around, but I've noticed a trend where adults prefer Bleach over Naruto Shippuuden for example.

Well yeah since Bleach has quite an amusing plot... Having a pattern of epicness if you'd ask me... Still, I can't shake the feeling regarding of the boredom of current Shippuuden episodes due to the fact that its like a "standstill" or something... Having very little progress in each episodes... Can't blame them since they need time for the manga and all..

they could have MUCH less filler by drawing out some of the fight... not in the DBZ kinda way but just making the fight be more of a stuggle... rather then someone get the fly up the ass of uberness and decimates the other guy as if he was nothing...

Really? Have you read the latest manga? The basic premise of the storyline is you see the life of these kids (the current Shinobi) fight there predecessors in which they go 'wow our children really have surpassed us', the whole story line is based on one thing and that is Peace around the whole world, when you see the fighting it is not violent (although that alone doesn't make that fact that is aimed at kids) The Itachi and Saskue story might not be, but when they start talking about family bonds and the bonds of friends you can tell this is aimed for children, I think even the creator admitted it, also I heard (I do not believe myself) they killed Jiraiya because of all the Pervy Sage jokes weren't "kids" material, but I still think he died so the story line can progress

if you are going to talk about the manga you should use spoiler tags.

Don't worry I haven't said anything to spoil the anime, I have not stated anything that happens in the latest mangas

So are those going to be fillers or not? 219 was the usual canon beginning and ending with filler in the middle but the preview for the next episode was pretty much canon :-\

I knew nothing of the outside world. I was just a frog in a well.

221-222. Storage
223. The Young Man and the Ocean
224. The Young Man and the Sea
225. The Cursed Ghost Ship
226. Battleship Island

Yeah, if these are real then it sounds like we'll get fillers with 223. My guess is that it'll be like the transition from Invasion of Pein to Konaha History arc.

Though...

I thought popped into my mind but, just a wild thought, but, doesn't it seem like Sakura is a good match for Shikamaru ?

But is that a dating thing, or just rivals? Dunno, Sakura and Shikamaru is as good a match as anything. But somehow I bet ol' Shiki thinks she's too much of a pain. lol

I'd almost bet SHiki and Hinata.

Naruto'll end up with some daimyo's daughter himesama something or other. Before he's hokage.

Yeah, Shikamaru and that girl from the sand are the perfect match for each other, but Sakura and Shikamaru are not a bad match as well, I also think Ino would be good with Gaara, I wish there were more episodes with Ino or Hinata, not to mention TenTen :)

I been thinking, what if Madara is wrong about 10-tails ?

what if it's
1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9=45-tails ? :D

I wouldn't be so sure about that, we only know how it looks like from Madara's delusion. it could be huge as far as we know. Tails don't need to be big, or anything, or they could be symbolic.

So this most recent 'filler' episode...would you cal it Naruto meets Stomp the play? That thought popped in my head watching it. Made me laugh. Ooh, cross cultural pollenization from Naruto. lol

they should seriously consider doing the fillers on 'Rock Lee's Springtime Of Youth'
