They did for Naruto but not for Naruto Shippuuden

The anime producers are retarded though. It doesn't matter if people will still keep watching Naruto now. Of course they're gonna watch it, it comes along with their cable package so they might as well. (Or w/e kind of TV services they use, satellite or some other nonsense)
But a few months from now when the DVDs come out, pretty much anyone with a head on their shoulder's isn't gonna buy any of this current season. If they were any good at business they'd be thinking ahead like that instead of only thinking about the present. Isn't that like the number one rule in business; Making investments instead of going for the immediate profit? How did the Japanese become so short-sighted? :(
