First was probably alfred Jodocus Kwak (Ahiru no Kuwakku, didnt know it was an anime 'till recently...).
The first one I downloaded was Girls Bravo.

Sailor Moon on TV, I think I was around ten. I was so afraid to miss even a single ep, used to set up alarm clock to wake up and watch SM.
Much later, when I got PC and internet connection I saw GITS Stand alone Complex, didn't leave strong impression, and some time later I watched Elfen Lied, that would be the start of my anime rampage ;D

I must say that unless TMNT counts as Anime my first would have to be Sailor Moon (( oh and I'm a guy too... )) after that would be Pokemon followed shortly with Akira, Outlaw Star, and Evangelion. Watched the last three series listed in that order one after the other and people wonder why I say that Sanity isn't all that it's cracked up to be... :P although a couple of weeks later I got into Gasaraki. heheh
