Totoro, then Laputa: City in the Sky, Kiki's Delivery Service, Nausiica, Mazinger, and Ranma. I still have the videos that a friend gave me with those movies on it.

If I remember correctly it was: Trigun, Outlaw star, fist of the north star, kurouni kenshin, in that order.

Zalphor:
Mine was the ova series for giant robo, was definatly interesting.  Though it was hard to grasp it's concpets at 6.
