Warrant officers, enlisted officers, noncom officers, maybe.
Actually those are often tall, most real officers are short.

Quote
As an aside, if you're tall, please adopt a proper standing posture. Nothing looks sloppier than a tall person who slouches...
This is because of the circumstances we live in. Everything is made for shorter people and because people are shorter than us on average we have to look down all the time.
I had to build a 20cm stand for my computer desk to get it at barely comfortable height.
And my father hasn't still stopped telling me not to eat like a dog, all hunched over. The table's just too low!

190cm...Woman, you should have become a volleyball player!

Because we can!

I played footie/soccer for a while... and then discovered I'm not quite aggressive enough for it.  Tried goalie, but the entire reason I even attempted was for the exercise and not to stand around waiting for the ball to come to me.

That's why volleyball.
It's a little more "civilised" and you don't have to stand around.
Beach volley even better.

If you are tall, badminton is the way to go.

It's really useful for smashing. I can do it without jumping and that reduces stamina drain.

You also run around a lot, more than in volleyball.

I keep wondering about those....

Like, I think I can maintain recommended nutrition between food choice and nutritional supplements.  Dunno, though.

What shakes do you use?  Don't you get hungry really fast after a short time?

MRP Diet shakes atm. I have one every morning an hour after doing my cardio. I eat 6 times a day now though, so it keeps me full for long enough.

Buying FF& for my psp now. :)

Why not try basketball?

I mean being taller is a pretty good advantage and you up and down court. You move around almost constantly. Its great exercise since you will be fully active.
Being tall you can play defense pretty well and on offense you get easier time to shoot.

Ewwww... no basketball, tyvm.  :-X

Kura - I'm on a 1350 calorie diet + workout every other day.  I think I average 2 meals and 2-3 snacks a day.  I can usually beat the hunger, but sometimes I go overboard on the meals which leaves me little room for snacking, lol.  Honestly, it's the damn Pepsi/Mountain Dew that screws me.  If I don't get my caffeine, I'm not the person to be around.  >:(

1350 calories? Thats pretty low isn't it? Mines 1650 a day, and thats a 20% deficit on what I'd need to maintain my current weight.

I'm on a 1350 calorie diet + workout every other day.

 :o

I'm supposed to be eating 3500-4000 calories to raise my weight (I was at 69kg the last time I visited the doc). I'm up to 77 kilos now, but I would like to be around 80.

This is my current schedule:

Monday     1334
Tuesday    1280
Wednesday 1600
Thursday    1334
Friday    1280
Saturday    1467
Sunday    1334

Average ~1375

I've been maintaining this for about 2 yrs, with stringent diet consumption values for nutrition as instructed by nutritionalist/physical trainer.  It works for me.  :)

heh, you people stress too much.
I eat 4000+ calories each day.
And I only eat three times a day and no snacks.

It's all about what you do with all that energy. ;)

Sit on my ass and type away all day on my computer

I go to school too but I sleep there.

I do one or two manly things and do housework but that's it.

If I ate 4000 calories a day I'd be the size of a house by now....

I only average 1.5 meals a day, so it's hard to take in all the calories I supposed to. It's not uncommon for me to have a 2000 calorie "lunch" (which is often my only meal). I have to take the rest in through snacks/beverages.
