Ah, my mistake, I misread. That would probably take me about 10-12 hours. Which indeed is a pain in the ass.
The sexism and philosophy ones are easy. Ranting is usually allowed (to an extent) in those ones. Editing is minimal.
(45 mins to 1:15 per page usually depending on how distracted you are)
Synopsis papers are half and half. Depends how much reference to scientific materials such as textbooks, research papers, articles, constructed data etc. there is.
(1:15-1:45 per page excluding editing and research time)
Research paper. Biggest pain in the ass. Most of your time is tied up looking up information and reading it. But once you finish that, it's usually smooth sailing as long as you have a basic idea.
(1:15-1:45 per page excluding editing and research time)
Don't get me wrong. I'm just crazy when it comes to such projects. I NEED to write papers and stuff. I don't get to do such things in Uni currently, because the teachers are lazy shits who rely on scantron tests all year long so their work is minimized. I fire off "B to A range papers" like nothing. The above times are literally approx the times I use to write papers.
The "worst" I've ever done was 14 hours for a 5 page paper. But quite a few hours of that was watching anime and movies and stuff as "research".
But seriously. Once you reach those "asshole classes" where you're submitting essays TWICE per week for a full semester on top of whatever other courses you have, you see papers as being a joke and "nothing". (That class was an eye opener for sure)
But then again, I'm crazy. I get stuff to edit from friends and end up half researching the topic to rewrite all sorts of sentences academically properly to "make it flow better". I'm not an English major or anything either. Just a personality problem.
Have fun. Grab a case of redbulls, blast music as loud as you can to drown everything else out and just get "in the zone".
Good luck
