After seeing the number of user's that have come forth to provide "support" against the DDoS attacks et al, maybe it's become clear that a certain level of maturity and tact needs to be exercised. Obviously the rules are to be enforced, but the demeanor towards all those users so willing to provide assistance should reflect the same level of respect said users have for the site. Makes no difference if that user proves confrontational or exhibits any other level of imbecilic inclination, the enforcement/bans are still quite achievable without the mods acting childishly in response. Leave that to the user-base. So many of them are quite capable of showing their adolescence.
