I sat outside listening to music for around 2 hours.

well I cycled from Espoon Keskus (Esbo Centrum) to Kalajärvi and bought a juice from a shop in Kalajärvi and then cycled back home to Espoon Keskus. it was about 15km from Espoon Keskus to Kalajärvi. So I dunno if it was training or heading somewhere, I just decided to go cycling.

yeah, it was relaxing, though my legs were total jelly after that trip even standing was hard (there was lot of long uphills...)

xD nice, I love running downhill, the feeling is amazing, especially with the fact that there is no way to stop. :_D
