This reminds me of a story. I think the worst near-suffocation experience I ever had was in 1998. It was really cold, I was living with my GF at the time, and her cat liked to sleep in my room at night. I had myself wrapped up & tucked in under several layers of blankets, basically pinning myself down, and I had the topmost blanket thrown over my face (as well as being tucked in around me). So I was sound asleep and the damned cat decided to curl up on my face.

It's the middle of the night, the cat's happily purring away, and I wake up groggy with this animal on my face, unable to breathe and unable to move, squirming around trying not to die, until she finally got the message and moved.

I still find this hilarious to this day -- not sure if it's because or in spite of the fact that I could have died in such a stupid way.

Here too, raining all day. When I got out of Jap course at midday I got ALL wet till I reached Uni (I have the course in the morning and Uni in the afternoon). It was the time of the day when it rained the worst

Nice green tea and shrimp flavored chips or whatever that is (no Korean, I'm still with Japanese, hehe). At least I got *almost* all of the Japanese listening exercises right. Only two points were wrong (the most silly ones, lol). I though that I fucked up big time with those, but it turned out good

. Regular exercises are well most of the time, with distraction mistakes (damn those honorifics, I tend to forget them when I write quickly) and one or two things here and there. Things are pretty easy at the moment. Let's see how things turn out in the next levels. I'm always excepting for some obscure shit to come and fuck up everything

As for failboat, I can go around 65 on even ground, downhill I don't know, I've got almost 90 on the meter.

Personally I love it. Favourite of this season probably. For the most part its basically a cool guy teasing a tsundere which is already quite funny. Much of the comedy is portrayed through simple faces that I know make me smile. I also like it because the main guy isn't some pussy that can't do anything.

Ok, I give up. I've been trying to reencode an episode (Coalgirls, Clannad 01, 1080p) forcing some frames to be I-frames with a qp file. I understand the theory and the 2 CRF passes (one for stats and another in ABR with those stats) but somehow, after several tries, when I try to get the stats file, MeGUI throws me an error and doesn't generate anything. It doesn't do anything else either. I wasn't born to be an encoder, lol

. Maybe inputing that qp file without doing 2 passes (only 1 CRF) and pray that it makes the frames there I-frames. But, lol, it's a long shot and encoding a fucking episode already takes 4 hours with my crappy Athlon II 620 at 100% load. I can't sleep with that fan noise

Perhaps one day... I may translate things... /me looks 20 years in the future. And if I learn proper English (I could translate into Spanish but Noone cares about that). /me feels tiny $:-\$

Now... what? I should go to sleep with my plushies. I feel this day was a waste y.y

Yesterday, setting i3 system, Intel's cooler came with heat pads, was lazy so I didn't scrape it off and apply my own compound, plugged in everything together, power up, BIOS showing temp rising fast, fuck you Intel, had to take the cooler off, and...... the pads didn't even show any signs of melting off, like 0 contact, pulled out my trusty generic brand of thermal compound and sweep away using my name card.

Thanks for the heads up for when I change the generic headsink on my new CPU.

I gave up on encoding when it would take 3-6 hours to do a 30min episode, I tried it again with my new computer and it took 20min.

As you can see I bought a new computer last week and I am very happy with it.

I think I should clarify my previous statement.
At first, I was lazy, so I used Intel's own thermal pads, instead of scraping it off, I did not apply my own thermal compound either, only to later find out that Intel's supplied thermal pads on the heatsink is completely inefficient.

Core i5-750 OC'ed to 3.6GHz will encode a 24min 1080p H264 faster than a fap session, I'm serious, will try to post a screen shot when I re-simulate that attempt, of course I will NOT be in the picture fapping while trying to beat my machine to the finish line.

I want a fuckin' PSP!! Then I want Project DIVA~! And I'm gonna hook it up to my PS3 and download that EXTRA!!

my day sucks... I've been awake now for 5 hours (it is 6PM now...) well the weather has been good today only 20C... I just finished the serie Kono Minikukumo Utsukushii Sekai and now I'm bored...

I haven't even eaten anything yet... I drank one cup of cofee about 4 hours ago, and 2 glass of water...
but my day hasn't ended yet... lets see what hapens...

my plans were ruined by rain... it is still 18C warm though... I were planing to cycle 20km to one good swiming place... after about 11km I met the rain and turned back...

so I only cycled about 23km and couldn't go to swim... good day was ruined...

Why I must allways start thinking about sleeping when it is only about 1-2h before the sunrise??

I have been up for the last 43 hours living off caffeine to do assignment work and redoing previous ones again to get better marks thinking that I ended on Friday... I found out that its actually next week and that somewhere I must have accelerated past a week without realizing. I am now really dam tired and really pissed off but at least I now only have 1 assignment left to redo and I can hand in all my work tomorrow... -_-

But if you get up earlier than usual the day will seem to last twice as long. It's a great feeling taking a look at the watch and realise it isn't even noon yet and you've got the whole day left!

It's exactly why I wake up at 7A.M. sharp every morning, weekend or not.
