I seem to have a problem, my computer has the shits when playing xvid and divx files. I can play a 1080p perfectly fine, my computer isnt the issue. I must of changed a setting somewhere along the line but I don't know what, any ideas?
do you use media player that can play those files? if you use you have just ****ed the settings.
Sorry, it was a very vague question, I am using Media player classic HC with CCCP. It all worked a couple of weeks ago but now it jumps when playing divx and xvid.
I use VLC myself, so I'm not too familiar with Media Player Classic, but may it be 'cause you DL some other program that isn't working together with CCCP/DL an update that need specific settings to playthose files, only things I can get to my mind at the moment, and those only 'cause I had similiar problems on my moms computer, or the you just messed the settings
this isn't much of help, but VLC is basic and works fine, plays all kind of video files (at least all that I've been using). the other reason can be your graphics card is too ''weak'', or then the ventilator on your graphics card has something wrong on it either broken or dusty. and that 'cause I had those problems on my previous graphics gard, I can't think anything else
