damn it, the ophthalmitis is starting to spread to my left eye, I have enormous pain on my right side of the face, it has started to react slowly
then I have f***ing headache... and I'm feeling dizzy.
ain't I having a f***ing nice day?
btw. I took pain killers and the medicine the doctor ordered to this ophthalmitis... (took it first time about 2-3PM clock is now 22.37PM)
I had tons of those in the army, most went away after a few days without medication but there was one really good one.
I woke up one morning to find out I couldn't open my eyes. A weird feeling I can tell you. Good thing I knew where everything was though. Something good in the army, the morning routines are so automatic I could get down from the upper bunk and dress without problems. That's where the easy part stopped though. Walking blind to the military hospital was pretty cool.
I was lucky that a comrade of mine had broken her foot the other day. Without her guiding me there I would have been quite hopeless. There were a few hills and a forest trail on the way there after all. We must have looked hilarious to others. One guy with his eyes shut and a woman leaning onto him for support. Not to mention I'm 186 tall and she's around 160.

Slowly but surely we made it though. Half-a-kilometer has never felt so long.
Ugh, at the eyedrops they gave me though. A sticky glue like substance that had to be spread in the eyes. After applying it I always lost my balance and had to grab something for support in order for not to fall down. Pretty heavy stuff.
@BMV: I most likely did.
@Andu: Really like some of those flower photos. The black and white is now burned into my memory forever.
