I think I need to get my back worked on bad, between that being sore as fuck the last few weeks and my knee being sore as fuck sleeping has been hard and after last night with my knee giving out walking is now hard... Got to love bashing up a knee with a previous injury and aggravating it... and not being able to go for jogs either.
