I started the Practical Programming Novice Program workout today and I am going to do my best to always make the workouts and not be a douche bag and use more weight than I should. I kind of did a similar program in the beginning of the year, but I should have worked out one more a day a week and should have really tried to stick to my given program. Here is to my first round of the novice program. May it be a good one, and may I not have to repeat it ever again lol.
