I agree, FLCL is perfected madness. It is supposed to blow your mind, even more so if you have just started watching anime. It is a very good OVA and the only downside is that it is an OVA. Watch the whole thing, I'm not saying you will enjoy it but just do it.

I remember having a bottle of glittery red nail polish, but I haven't had an excuse to use it for years. I think I ended up using most of the bottle painting things on someone's face whilst they slept. Turns out its hard to get off skin, particularly seeing as we had no remover...
