Yeah, you know what, I could give a shit about Valentines day, hell it broke up a relationship I had because I told them that I could give a fuck about a stupid day to monopolize on love chocolate and flowers...
Though generally every year there is one person I call today to wish a happy birthday, today I have just been too lazy to do so lawl. I guess I should get to that.

What you mean? Portal 1 was an award winning game that is still talked about today. They have given away the game for FREE at one point. I think they are entitled to make a little money of such a great game. Plus the game will probably be slightly longer and better thanks to the potential co-op play and chance for an extended storyline about CAKE!

Still 50$ is not worth it to me for a puzzle game either. If it was an RPG or an FPS with a good storyline that is one thing but 50$ for a puzzle game.... I was looking forward to it as well.

Though I'm a passionate gamer and have spent a lot of money on games (collectively), I would never pay over $30 for any single game, no matter how good.

Knowing Valve, though, it's probably going to go on sale sooner or later. I can wait until Christmas if that's what it takes.

Try some MMOs, between 2 accts I've spent around $4000+ on just one game.
Actually saying that is is kinda shameful.

Atleast I can say I still have fun tho.

I can confidently say I've never paid for an MMO (which is probably why I never got into them), nor have I ever made periodic payments for a game.

When "fun" requires a monthly fee, then it's just not fun for me

Ah. I am only 6 years with accounts crossing over sometimes. (Switched between WoW and City of Heroes a lot so sometimes I was subbed to both at the same time)

Past that I have probably about 250$ in to GuildWars between two accounts. So yeah you can see which MMO got me to put more in to it XD Though been playing GW for now about 6 years since I started in Beta so I guess that is worth the money.

So, I am trying to watch Gintama. Its a good show IMO, tho not my typical genre.
The issue is there are so many episodes it can be a really daunting task. I am slowly getting thru them tho. 55/201 atm.

I don't think I will be starting another long series for quite a while.
