Back from my two week trip to China, Shanghai to be exact! Went to visit my sister who lives and works there as teacher. Had a great time and it was great seeing my sister again

Ehm, I had to turn off my mind for the first few days to get used to it. Was sooooo different, everyone was so nice there even though I couldn't speak a word chinese. Though according to my sister foreigners are like revered in China, but I didn't really mind

Anyhow, went to see like a fraction of Shanghai as it's far too big to see everything. But overall, awesome. Oh and the food was soooooo good, much better than the bland stuff here at home.

And I can actually post a recent (zomg) picture of me in the picture thread later

Okay, that is messed up, but still a bit funny. Lol

Well yesterday was strange for me, i went into the local store and all of the sudden people were asking me where they find this and that. It took me several minutes to figure out that i have the EXACTLY same colour of my shirt as they use it in the store as working clothes. I had a fun day pretending to work there.

foreigners revered in china lol, i think it's more of an asian thing, same goes for the food, you should try some south east asian cuisine sometime(thai, malaysian, etc.), and that place really sounds fun.

Just wrote my resignation letter. Gonna hand it in tomorrow morning as its 3:20am (I've only been home from work about 20 minutes). Sick to the back teeth of KFC. After 4 and a half years the Colonel will no longer own my soul.

You should work at the KFC on Girard and Broad in North Philly. They've got a bulletproof glass panel that separates the employees and the customers. They even hand you your food through a transfer box.

Finished Bulletstorm in one 6 hour sitting. Good Sunday spent but I would have liked it if it didn't leave it so open ended. Can easily see a perfectly good short game turning into trilogy but whether or not its stands up to the level of the Mass Effect trilogy or keels over and dies is a big concern. All in all though... very fun game.

Now I need a new single player game... prefer an RPG I think though a nice city builder wouldn't be bad. Maybe will play around with Cities XL.
