And Loner, is it your ankle that is giving you hard time? Well, joints can hurt if they have suffered enough internal damage, here is not much they can actualy do for it if it is caused by gristle.

No not the ankle, it is the joint that is connecting the leg with the foot. It doesn't hurt that much anymore. I hope that it is going away soon as it is giving me a hard time

You think in the last few weeks I haven't tried to stretch my arm? Lol. Taking ibuprofen again to try and take any swelling down. If its not gone soon I may have to get my doctor to book me a physio appointment.

I got something called bengay at home, i use that to stop the pain. It is some kind of cream that you apply to where the pain is.

haha xD sry. that just was the 1st thing that could help that I thought xD and if I correctly remember Ibuprofein is NSAID... how many mg's? just curious xD the minumum that does sumthing for me is 800mg xD

Just 400mg 3 times a day atm. I have some muscle rub somewhere as well... might dig that out

^^ haa, well, I guess here is sumthing wrong with me when I need painkillers you can get only with recipe... normaly I just eat 1g paracetamol.... but remember the 6h between each painkiller xD though, I think that was pointless to say xD and well, yah, muscle rub might be a good idea xD

haha, well, I have kind off good memory

also, I remeber what I see well

for example, I got 115 songs on my phone at the moment, I remeber the name of any of those songs when I hear the 1st 30s of the song xD

+ I got good eyes for details, my brains wok fast and register a lot of things xD I hear a lot that I should go to Upper Secondary School (=High School), because I'm just so smart (or that is what they say, I think I'm dumb as a nut)

Also, I heard today that I speak grapholect of finnish xD

...well, I would be attending Steiner School IF my mom had enough money when I was a lot younger
