apparently the worlds best country happens to be Finland

Japan is the 9th

and the US 11th.

sucks to be you guyes, eh? just kidding, it is the overall ratio but Finalnd is listed as the best country in the world (on Newsweek) and we apparently have the best Education in the whole world
