So a FB post today from an old high school friend reminded me that my 20 year high school reunion is this year, in October. Which evokes all sorts of weird feelings in me, because I didn't maintain relationships after high school with 99% of the people I went to school with. It was heartening that at least one person I haven't talked to in 20 years remembers me and encouraged me to attend the reunion... but I'm still not sure if I'm going to go or not. One of my married friends graduated in the same class as me (her husband and I have been best friends since 1988, at least 5 years before they met), so if they end up going to the reunion, I will probably go. I dunno, unfamiliar social situations really intimidate me, and a lot of these folks I didn't know that well 20 years ago.
