World history sounds terrible, so much memorization.
But don't you memorize for basically
every class save for things like shop/gym?
I dunno. I never really had to try to memorize anything. I could take notes once and that was enough, I never had to review them, but if I didnt take the notes I forgot most of it.
Then again I had a habit of taking notes in pencil then tracing them in black pen and using red pen for the capitol letters. Maybe doing that helped.
Most classes I can make stuff up without remembering anything specific. Math I can do because I'm asian.
I meant memorize as in retaining knowledge, not sitting at a desk and reviewing constantly. If you can see it once and retain the information, then you have memorized it.
I do understand what you mean by making stuff up tho. In some classes, English especially, I would often not read the assigned books but manage to BS my way though the reports. Ahhh English class, I remember all the times I would get yelled at for reading magazines and stuff inside of a book just like in the cartoons. Or play on the old Game Boy.
