I always have about 2 gb

though more commonly less than 1gb

Need to find something atleast 2MB and with a relatively good UL and unlimited BW. I dont think there are a whole lot of options in my area tho unfortunatly. I guess 250 cap is ok, if I essentially stop seeding stuff.

There's no such thing actually. They say you have a 250GB cap but I've gone over that cap constantly, month after month, and have never gotten a single e-mail, notification, or warning.

I know, that's just the average though. the most i can get is 190 KB/s. which is still slow.
to make it worse, this shitty connection costs around 23 USD per month.

I can hit around 2mbs for download

though my upload caps at 250kbs, which is why it took me a year to get friggin 1tb uploaded on BBT

I usually cap at 16mbps for downloads. $:-\$ I would really like to get it a little higher, at least to 20..
A 20KBps upload doesn't help either. -.-
