Changing domain is pretty easy...

I see more and more people leaving .com and .net domains for TLD that are not controlled by the US.

The only problem is price really. Otherwise its easy. Some need more work that others though.

We actually wanted to get the baka.bt domain however we are not a Bhutanese site or a legally official international company and hosters wouldn't contact us when we emailed them so. >_>

I don't think there's a particularly big risk of extradition to the US for most people, even if their site does use a .com or .net domain. It's mainly an issue in the UK where there are various extradition treaties with the US - but since there was something of a public outcry when the US tried to get that hacker guy extradited (Gary Mckinnon, I think his name was), it's looking likely that the government will try and do something about the situation. So I think BakaBT probably has nothing to worry about.

I just read the last few pages of the 12th volume... then after being absolutely confused I read the beginning of the 12th volume... I don't quite understand it, but I remember nothing from volume 12 in the anime.

Anime is based on first 60 chapters (upto ep.10, after that -> original anime-only non-ending). Manga goes further, but I don't remember if they showed the door thing. Still, at least it has a somewhat satisfying ending, unlike the anime...

There are also some differences between the anime and manga. See if you can spot them
