@froody. same here. bad day of interviews. was catching up on shows i missed this last week just to keep from passing out.

was going to try to liven up the conversation...but my last ep ended so i am passing out.

If you're up for it, I'd enjoy seeing some pictures. Normal stuff, special stuff, whatever stuff. Doesn't have to be high art or anything. Things that convey the feeling to you of being in Tokyo day or night. Slap them into a gallery of somesort & post in the Lounge. If the idea grabs you, be as elaborate or simple as you wish &/or also post some commentary.

Odds are ~99.999% that I probably will never make it to Tokyo, or even Japan ... some things like this are always nice as an alternate.

Of course, any famous landmarks you see that appear in various anime, it would be cool to see Real Life viewpoints of them.

Peh, i wish there was more anime like Mitsudomoe, i feel characters are getting snuffed out of having the ability to extend or enhance the plot.
We had to endure what? 8 seasons of waiting before a handful of decent anime came about? It's like they're begging me to go back to online gaming.

I would not say it is complete trash, but I consider it to be in the upper mediocre area at best. I liked the animations and the OST and Okazaki-kun, but I don't like the character design, the way the "story" is presented and the majority of the characters just pissed me off (or maybe the way they made some of the characters... Kyou e.g. was my secone favorite character at the beginning, but after she went all teary-eyed b/c she didn't realize soon enough that Okazaki was all lovey-dovey with Nagisa, she dropped. A lot.), and in terms of the end I think Air had the far more befitting end. Plus, it was shorter. There were times when Clannad was far too long IMHO.

Honestly, I think there are better love drama series out there... Honey & Clover for instance.

So you're pissed Clannad had a lot of promising expectations but only gave you just enough to keep you in? I thought that couldn't be helped, but if i must agree i didn't like the patched ending or the complete avoidance of explaining what the alternate dimension does.

There ain't enough love drama in series anymore, the shoujo fort as fallen for whatever reason, detective anime hasn't failed me yet.
