危険です、花火で遮ぶ人は
馳対て示しないように

I might not have gotten some of those characters correct.  I wasn't able to find a few exact matches.

Anyhow,
throw 危険です、花火で遮ぶ人は at Google Translate and you get, "Is dangerous, people shut in fireworks unit".  Does this make any sense in context?

Google translate chokes on 馳対, but the two kanji concepts are "run" and "opposite", so this likely means "run away"

throw て示しないように at Google Translate and you get "To show that no", which doesn't seem to make much sense when joined with "run way" or the previous phrase.

Anyhow, poke Havok10K so he can laugh at what I've attempted and tell you what it all really means.

the first (based on what you posted) says something like "It's dangerous to play with fireworks".

the second. when started with the correct kanji (which seems to be 絶対 ) becomes 絶対て示しないように.
which after a brief analyzation i conclude to mean "As you can clearly see here.as clearly seen here"
together, "It's dangerous to play with fireworks, as clearly seen here" as you can see here like in this absolutely bad example(?)
