If you keep doing over 2 hour bike trips you won't be obese much longer.

It's not like I'm fit or anything. Probably under 2500 in cooper's test and my muscle condition is horrible at the moment. I should be ashamed of myself. But motivation, that strange and elusive thing that keeps vanishing from my sight, ah, how mysterious it is...
It'll be hell once the training starts again, so going to get my ass kicked every bloody time for the first three months...
