Yes. You can't tell but I can't keep a stable connection for longer than 10mins. Our phoneline is so dead that it rings but we can't hear people talking on the other end. Telstra won't fix it because we are on our last phoneline (This is our second backup line) so it means they have to dig a whole new trench and relay the entire line. But they don't want to do that because its so much work and because we are customers to a smaller ISP that uses their network.
My BNC sits in there and logs all chat for me nicely.
