The deportation rate is going to escalate to 90% even the illegal people who were probably minding their own business are going to be hunted down, it has now practically turned into a witch hunt.
The legit people are now 90% times more likely to get deported because the new rules practically make it impossible to comply to the new guidelines unless you're living next to the damn immigration office.
I honestly have no fucking clue what the fuck is going on now, what i'm concerned of now is when is the shit going to hit the fan.

So your saying it's really hard to legally go to Japan and live there?

If you had a worker's visa... how long can you work there for until you get a permanent residence (for future reference for myself... I wanna live in Kyoto).

I thought everyone got the memo that you have to stay here 10 years to apply for permanent residency, now if you have a workers visa and you do not prove to immigration in time that you are actually working didn't get the job on time / got suspended / accident you must get out.
