TMRNetShark:
That's why I stopped playing Eve Online... too much like real life when you get burned. It's like having to stay in safe space until your 20-30 million SP in... even then.. that's like 2-3 years worth of work. It's like, OH! You got a capital ship? Good luck getting it to your POS without blowing up.

This is why I always went drone hard and Battleship ready (this is why I went with the Sin Battleship when I decided to go into low sec space)... only thing that could stop me was an Interceptor with warp jamming. Even then... DRONESSSSSSSSS... Oh.. the interceptor seems to be gone. COME BACK MY CHILDREN... FOR WE WARP!

Drones are boring, Battleships are boring, Capital Ships are even more boring, but staying in safe space till 20 million SP? That's just so very wrong.

I've been in Wormhole space (which is essentially 0.0 security space, but actually dangerous) since I've had like 8 million SP. Besides, people go to null and low sec within their first few months or so.

And it being so "real" so to speak is what makes it such a brilliant game.

When half the population just griefs... it makes it no fun for anyone else. I remember the first couple of times that can-flipping got me. "That fucking asshole!"... went to go flip it back, and he blasted me right into dust. Obviously got smarter and used locked cans until I got to the Hulk. Even with a Hulk, ninja mining in null sec areas was a blast... but people always stalk you if your spotted.

Just opened my fridge and saw some garlic bread sitting there. It might be 1:30am but I'm so tempted to whack that thing in the oven and go to town on it  ;D

Go for it! Garlic bread is great :3
