Edit: heres my frittata just as im about to start cooking it

and end product :~)

im so annoyed with myself, when i put it under the grill i didnt put it in far enough, so half ended up being more cooked than the other, fuccccccccking annoying. Perfect example of why you shouldnt multitask in the kitchen (Normally i cook good :~( )

edit: and akuma youre right, the zucchini has a lot of water in it, when i grated i did try to squeeze it all out tho :/ obviously not enough?
