So I just trained today for the first time in over 6 months(I damaged my right shoulder due to lifting to heavy weights) and man have I gotten weak >_> I used to be able to bench 70 KG and now I've dropped down to 50 KG. :/
I've also put on some flab and shit since I haven't trained, so at the end of the summer vacation I'm gonna post a before and after picture! That is, if I succeed in getting a decent body again <_<
